SACRA Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The SACRA Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn a 10% commission on valid purchases made through their unique referral code or link. And everyone who applies your code receives 10% discount on their purchase
The program is intended for aligned women, creators, and community leaders who resonate with SACRA’s values of devotion, magic, empowerment, and conscious living.
2. Eligibility
To join the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Have an active social presence or community
- Align with SACRA’s ethos and values
- Receive approval from the SACRA team
SACRA reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Share SACRA authentically, ethically, and in alignment with the brand
- Use only your assigned referral code or link
- Not engage in spam, fraudulent promotion, or deceptive marketing
- Not impersonate SACRA or create unofficial discounts
- Maintain integrity in your communication and representation
4. Referral Tracking
- You will receive a unique affiliate code to share with your community.
- A commission is earned when a customer uses your code at checkout.
- Not engage in spam, fraudulent promotion, or deceptive marketing
- Only one code can be applied per order.
- If a customer forgets to use your code, SACRA cannot manually assign commissions afterward.
5. Commission Structure
- You earn 10% commission on the product subtotal (after discounts, before tax & shipping).
- Your community receives 10% discount on our products when they use the code
- Commissions apply only to fully completed and paid orders.
- Orders that are refunded, canceled, or deemed fraudulent will not generate commissions.
- SACRA reserves the right to review and verify referral activity.
6. Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid every 3 months monthly, between the 1st and 5th of each month. Payments cover all approved commissions from the previous calendar month.
Example: Commissions earned in January are paid between April 1–5.
7. Payment Methods
Payments may be issued through:
- PayPal
- Wise
- Bank transfer (EU/India accounts, case-by-case)
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is correct and up to date. Any transfer fees may be deducted from the payout amount.
8. Minimum Payout Requirement
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of €200 in approved commissions before a payout is issued.
If the balance is below €200, it will automatically roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
9. Termination
SACRA may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account at any time for:
- Misuse of brand materials
- Misrepresentation of SACRA
- Unethical or offensive behavior
- Attempted fraud
- Sharing unauthorized discounts
- 6+ months of inactivity (optional, applied at SACRA’s discretion)
Affiliates may choose to leave the program at any time by written notice.
- Upon termination:
- Misrepresentation of SACRA
- Approved commissions above €100 will be paid
- Invalid, pending, or fraudulent commissions will not be paid
10. Intellectual Property
All SACRA logos, images, designs, texts, and brand language remain the exclusive property of SACRA.
Affiliates may use approved materials to promote SACRA but may not alter or misrepresent brand assets.
11. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their commissions based on local tax laws.
12. Changes to the Program
SACRA may modify commission rates, payout schedules, or program rules at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Affiliate Portal.
Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Agreement
By joining the SACRA Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
