Shipping & Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges:

SACRA is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange option within 20 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perfumes and incense must not be opened or tampered with.

3. Return Shipping

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us through our contact form or general email address: info@sacradesigns.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details such as extra images. 

Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging and any accompanying documentation.

If you'd like, we can provide a return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

  • Refunds apply to the product(s) returned only; the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Returns should be sent to our logistics center (contact us and we will provide the address)
  • Once we receive the return and confirm its original condition through a quality inspection, we will process your refund for the eligible product(s).

5. Refund or Exchange Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including opened perfumes, incense that have been used, and items not in their original condition.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and send different pictures of the broken items to our customer care team at info@sacradesigns.com so that we can assess the damage.

The more pictures the better as we will open a claim with the carrier responsible for the damages. Once we have received your pictures and taken note of the damage, we may either offer you a replacement for the same product or issue a refund. Thank you very much for your understanding and we hope to rectify your order quickly and satisfactorily.

8. Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team.
